Open positions include full-time ministry and operations roles across all TEC departments, as well as a paid 12-month internship program designed to develop the next generation of leaders.
Any candidate aged 18–30 (single or married) who feels called to ministry or operations can apply. Interns receive hands-on assignments, spiritual formation and mentorship from seasoned TEC leaders.
